Executive Leadership

  • Bruce Bosworth – Founder and President

    Bruce Bosworth is a distinguished U.S. Navy veteran with 22 years of diverse military service. Following his military career, he transitioned into program management roles across the maritime and defense sectors, including government contracting. Bruce also served as a senior executive at one of Louisiana’s largest manufacturers of commercial and military vessels.

    A graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, Bruce now leads SoLa’s business operations, training initiatives, and technological development, driving innovation with a focus on excellence and mission-oriented leadership.
